Romans 6:15–23 | Slaves to God

Job Opportunity: Slaves to God.

After spending 5 chapters hammering home our justification through faith in Christ alone, Paul now spends a whole chapter urging Christians to take obedience seriously. In fact there is nothing more weighty. We’ve been set free from slavery to sin + death but not to be our own masters. Rather, we belong to God - yes! We’re bought to be slaves to God. The motivation? It’s God due, and the side dish is we have eternal life with Him.

Text: Romans 6:15-23

We miss your kids and trust you are all keeping safe and have enjoyed the holiday break from “iso-schooling”

It’s very important that we continue to nurture our children spiritually during this season of uncertainty. The Lord God loves them very much! We encourage you to keep their little hearts before our Lord + King. There is an abundance of amazing resources online and one way we can keep encouraging our children is through some videos put together by Colin Buchanan- tried, tested and trusted! The kids should know lots of songs in these little videos, some of the adults might even.

He has a clear message mixed with some songs. We will post these each week. Enjoy!
