Romans 12:14–21 | Revenge is not our job.

In this world, we will have trouble, but it is not permitted for Christians to seek revenge. Rather, we entrust our problems and our enemies to the King Jesus who has already shown at the cross the lengths the Father has gone to establish justice. What we are instead called to do is love: that is, to seek the good even of those who seek bad for us. This week we’ll take the lengths that God went to forgive us, and use that as a catalyst for changing our hearts from vengeful, to hopeful.
