Psalm 145 | Enjoying God

Dependence and shared needs are just one side of the relationship coin. The other side is about enjoyment and shared passions. Any relationship that has one, but not the other, whether it’s between husband & wife, parent & child, siblings or friends; that relationship is severely lacking. And the same goes for our relationship with God, expressed in prayer. The Bible makes it as much about delight as it does about dependence. Both are essential. Both go together. So, this week, by looking at Psalm 145, we’ll consider the ways we can delight in God; basking in his glory, relishing his grace, and declaring his praises to the world.
